2、Factors that affect the quality of wax parts are:
Wax mold material: The goodness of the wax mold material directly affects the surface finish, thermal stability and shrinkage of the wax mold, which in turn affects the surface quality and size of the final product;
Wax injection temperature: too low a temperature may cause insufficient filling, too high a temperature may lead to excessive flow and deformation of the wax mold;
Ambient temperature: The ambient temperature has an influence on the curing process of the wax molds. Too low or too high a temperature may lead to uneven shrinkage or deformation of the wax molds.
shot wax time: shot wax time is too short, easy to lead to the wax mold internal bubble is not completely excluded, time is too long easy to lead to excessive curing wax mold;
Wax injection pressure: too low a pressure can cause insufficient filling of the wax mold, too high a pressure can lead to deformation or damage of the wax mold.
