Job Description:

  • Our workshop team leader will arrive at the scene 30 minutes in advance to carry out the daily inspection of equipment in the workshop, the inspection content includes: 1) hydraulic operating mechanism lubrication, not lower than the equipment oil level meter scale; 2) whether the state of the switch is normal, intact, not loose, elasticity is normal, consistent action; 3) whether the cooling water valve is normal to open; 4) whether the hydraulic pump is running normally, no abnormal noise, abnormal heat, each Pressure gauge display is normal (required pressure range of 250-800Psi), pressure, flow rate adjustment knob is normal, whether the position is changed; 5) whether the temperature control meter display is normal (storage wax cylinder temperature 78-84 ℃, cooling cylinder temperature 55-60 ℃, wax cylinder temperature 55-60 ℃); 6) the time control meter shows the value of the normal, no inaccurate value and does not show bad; 7) The equipment is clean, the machine is clean, no residual wax, dust, oil, etc.; after the inspection, output the results of the inspection, and confirmed by the director of the casting plant, if there is any abnormality, notify the maintenance personnel to carry out maintenance in time;
  • Fifteen minutes before the start of work, employees arrive at the work site, in the designated location, the team leader presided over the morning meeting work, the implementation of the day's production plan, precautions and the quality of the previous problems;
  • Start the equipment, make the first piece of wax mold, the team leader inspect the first piece of wax mold, and record the inspection data and archive;
  • If there is no abnormality in the first piece inspection, the staff will carry out normal production according to the production plan of the day;
  • Five minutes before the end of the shift, clean the workbench space, turn off the production equipment, and the team leader turns off the power to the shop;
