Organizational structure:
A shop supervisor to coordinate the production, quality and delivery of the machining center shop;
One Programming Team Leader, responsible for programming engineering of new products for equipment;
Two commissioners, responsible for the commissioning of equipment, follow employees on a two-shift basis;
An inspector is responsible for inspecting products on the shop floor;
Several operators, two shifts, two weeks shift change;
Job Description:
1、The workshop director/programming team leader arrives at the site 15 minutes in advance to carry out the equipment spot check work
2、open the morning meeting, informed yesterday's production and quality, and notify today's production plan
3、debugger to carry out debugging of new products
4、Check the wear of the tool, such as wear, timely replacement or repair and grinding treatment
5、Employees produce products according to work instructions
1) Check the machined surfaces and holes of the previous process for any obvious abnormalities such as indentation and shrinkage.
2) Use the air gun to clean up the waste chips and cutting fluid on the positioning surface of the tooling and products to prevent the clamping from crushing the product surface.
3) Close the safety door, press the cycle start button to automatically press and fix the product, then press the cycle start button again to run the program to process the product.
4) After processing is completed, open the safety door of the machine tool, press the bad start button to automatically release the fixed platen, use the air gun to clean up the waste chips and cutting fluid on the product, check whether the product is processed in place, pressure injuries, bumps and bruises, if any, it is regarded as a substandard product, and put it into the unqualified box and marking.
5) Qualified workpieces are put into the qualified product turnover box
6、Operator in accordance with the process card set up inspection items, inspection requirements and methods for inspection and recording
7、Inspectors carry out daily inspections as required
8、Turning off the power to the equipment after production
